Another disturbing phenomenon is occurring, and now it could be happening at your local gas station. What what?
We’ve talked about car door ties before, but now there’s fruit at the gas station? When I first heard about this, I wasn’t sure if this was a crazy myth or a real reality.
Is it fake news, misinformation, or hackers simply trying to get you to click a link? Unfortunately, after further research, there appears to be some information to support this.
A video was posted Tik Tok talking about this very thing!
Apparently, the idea is that drug dealers supposedly leave fruits, such as apples or oranges, at gas stations as a signal to potential buyers that drugs are available nearby.
Obviously, if you see fruit at the gas pump at your local station, you’re not going to think much of it, right? If it were me, I’d probably throw it away!
And if you don’t think this is scary enough already, apparently if you choose one of the apples or several fruits, that will supposedly tell the drug dealer watching you that you’re considering wanting drugs.
Does that mean the traffickers are eerily close, staring at that fruit until someone picks it up? This is absolutely crazy!
It’s always good to be sure, no matter what the new phenomenon is. So from this day on, the only apples and oranges you touch should be those in your own pantry or refrigerator!
